• Scientist 'C' / 'B' - 1 UR - PB3 GP 6600 / GP 5400 - M.Sc. / B.V.Sc / M.B.B.S / B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent degree in the relevant area  from a recognised University with original work as evidenced by patents or  publications and 5 years of R&D experience in any of the above areas - age 35 yrs
• Technical Officer - 1 UR ; 1 OBC - PB2 GP 4200 - M.Sc. / B.Tech. with 3 years’ experience in relevant areas like System Administration, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and/or  Instrumentation - age 28 yrs
