Post :

• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) - 1 Post for UR Quota - Basic Pay 5200 Grade Pay 1900 in Pay Band I category -  12th Std Pass with English Typewriting Speed at least 30 words per minute or Hindi Typewriting Speed at least 25 words per minute - Age 27 years
• Store Keeper - 1 Post for UR Quota - Basic Pay 5200 Grade Pay 1900 in Pay Band I category -  12th Std Pass with one year experience in stores and keeping accounts - Age 27 years

General Instructions:

• Current place of posting is DGQA Chennai. But post is all India transferable.
• Probation period is 2 years.
• Application should be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post only. Do not send it by Courier or by in-personal hand delivery.
• Kindly mention as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LDC / STOREKEEPER" in envelope cover left top side.
• Enclose one self addressed envelope (30*12 cm size) with Rs.10 stamped.

Selection Procedure :

Selections through written test only. 

No Interview.

Exam Paper I Objective Type MCQ pattern : 

1. General Intelligence and Reasoning 25 MCQ for 25 marks
2. Numerical Aptitude  25 MCQ for 25 marks
3. General English 50 MCQ for 50 marks
4. General Awareness 50 MCQ for 50 marks

Exam Paper II Descriptive Type pattern :

1. Short Essay / Letter Writing 50 marks 

Negative marking system (0.25 marks for each wrong answers) is applicable for Paper I.
