• Upper Division Clerk (UDC) - 2 Posts (1 UR ; 1 OBC) - Basic Pay 5200 Grade Pay 2400 plus allowances (Basic Pay 25500 plus allowances in Central Pay Matrix Level 4) - Bachelor's Degree in any subject with English typing speed 35 words per minute on computer - Age 27 years

Age relaxation and roster systems are applicable as per Government of India rules.
Application Registration Fee Rs.300 for UR male and OBC male candidates.
Fee can be paid in the form of Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favouring "The Director, National Institute of Epidemiology" payable at 'Chennai'.
There is no fee for SC / ST / Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and all women candidates.
Selections will be made through written test and typing test.
