Duties and responsibility for Sr Urban Planner Post :

• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline office administration processes. 
• To ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate better operations.
• To coordinate with nodal agency / Govt of Karnataka / Govt of India in providing information.
• To complete tasks by organising and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• To achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analysing variances. 
• To monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• To oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons.
