• First Class Post Graduate in Statistics (MS / MSc)
• OR
• Second Class Post Graduate in Statistics (MS / MSc) with PhD Statistics
• Scientist 'C' (Social Science) - 1 Post for SC Quota - Basic Pay 15600 Grade Pay 6600  in Pay Band III category -  Age 40 years
• First Class Post Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology with 4 years R&D experience or teaching experience
• OR
• Second Class Post Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology and PhD with 4 years R&D experience or teaching experience
