• Chief Finance Officer (CFO) - 1 Post - Consolidated Pay 1,00,000 pm - Any Degree with CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA Finance from IIT / IIT or any reputed institutions with 7 years experience - Age 40 years
• Company Secretary (CS) - 1 Post - Consolidated Pay 75,000 pm - Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 5 years experience - Age 35 years
