• Cook (சமையலர்) -  1 Post for UR Quota -  Basic Pay 15700 plus allowances in Tamil Nadu Government Revised Pay Matrix Level 1 (Basic Pay 4800 Grade Pay 1300 plus allowances in Pay Band I-A category)  - 10th Std Pass with ITI Trade Certificate in Food Production / Catering Technology - Age limit 30 years
• Assistant Cook / Cooking Assistant (உதவி சமையலர்) -  1 Post for UR Quota -  Basic Pay 15700 plus allowances in Tamil Nadu Government Revised Pay Matrix Level 1 (Basic Pay 4800 Grade Pay 1300 plus allowances in Pay Band I-A category)  - 10th Std Pass with ITI Trade Certificate in Food Production / Catering Technology - Age limit 30 years

Age limit details for TN Labour Department Office Asst Post Recruitment 2018 :

Cut off date for age calculation is 01.07.2018

Minimum age limit 18 years completed.

Maximum age limit as follows :

UR candidates 30 years

BC / BC Muslim / MBC / DNC candidates 32 years

SC / SCA / ST candidates 35 years

Additional 10 years age relaxations are applicable for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) along with the above roster systems.
