- Chairperson for Odisha LokAyukta - 1 Post
- Salary : Equal to Chief Justice of High Court of Odisha
- Qualifications : a person who is or has been a Chief Justice of High Court or a person who is or has been a Judge of a High Court or an eminent person who is a person of impeccable integrity and outstanding ability having special knowledge and expertise of not less than twenty years in the matters relating to public administration, finance including insurance and banking, law, anti-corruption policy or management
- Age limit details : Minimum age limit is 50 years and maximum age limit is 70 years
- Post duration : upto five years or attains the age of 70 years which ever is earlier.
- Members for Odisha LokAyukta - 5 Posts (2 Judicial Member ; 3 Non Judicial Member)
- Salary : Equal to Judge of High Court of Odisha
- Qualifications for JM : A person who is or has been a Judge of a High Court.
- Qualifications for NJM : An eminent person who is a person of impeccable integrity and outstanding ability having special knowledge and expertise of not less than twenty years in the matters relating to public administration, finance including insurance and banking, law, anti-corruption policy or management.
- Age limit details : Minimum age limit is 50 years and maximum age limit is 70 years
- Post duration : upto five years or attains the age of 70 years which ever is earlier.
Who cannot able to apply? Who is not eligible to apply? for Odisha Lokayukta Jobs :
- a member of Parliament or a member of the Legislature of any State or Union Territory
- a person convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude
- a member of any Panchayat or Municipality
- a person who has been removed or dismissed from service of the Union or a State
- a person holding any office of trust or profit (other than his office as the Chairperson or a Member) or person connected with any political party or carry on any business or practice any profession.
