Physical Fitness Test (will be conducted in Recruitment Rally) :

Running Test - 1.6 KM (timing 5.3 minutes to 5.45 minutes)
Beam (Pull Up) -- Minimum 6 Pull Ups required.

• 16 marks for 6 Pull Ups ; 
• 21 marks for 7 Pull Ups ; 
• 27 marks for 8 Pull Ups ; 
• 33 marks for 9 Pull Ups ; 
• 40 marks for 10 Pull Ups ; 

9 Feet Ditch - should qualify
Zig zag balance - should qualify.

What are the documents should bring for Recruitment Rally?

1. Admit Card (do not reduce the size of the hall ticket while printing. Print should be taken in laser printer).
2. Passport size 34mm*45mm colour photo 20 Qty / Nos. (Candidates Name and Date of Birth should be printed in bottom of all photos.)
3. Educational Certificates.
4. Nativity Certificate.
5. Community Certificate (issued with photograph)
6. Religion Certificate (in case the religion is not mentioned in community certificate).
7. Conduct Certificate.
