• Project Planning Officer and Urban Management Specialist - 1 Vacancy Post - Salary will be paid as Consolidated Pay Rs.85000 per month - ME / MTech in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Management / Construction Technology with minimum 5 years experience - Age limit 45 years
• Management Information System Specialist (MIS Specialist) - 1 Vacancy Post - Salary will be paid as Consolidated Pay Rs.85000 per month - MSc / ME / MTech in Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering / MCA / PGDCA with minimum 7 years experience in software development / project management / database management / MIS in government / semi-government / autonomous organizations or urban local body / Public Sector Undertaking / reputed private companies -  Age limit 45 years
• Geographic Information System Specialist (GIS Specialist) - 1 Vacancy Post - Salary will be paid as Consolidated Pay Rs.85000 per month - MSc in Geography / Remote Sensing / Geoinformatics / GIS with minimum 7 years experience in GIS mapping / GIS data collection in Government / PSU / local bodies / semi govt / reputed private companies -  Age limit 45 years
• Town Planning Specialist (TPS) - 2 Vacancy Posts - Salary will be paid as Consolidated Pay Rs.85000 per month - Post Graduate Degree in Town Planning / Urban Planning / Regional Planning with BE / BTech in Civil Engineering / B.Arch and minimum 5 years experience -  Age limit 45 years
• Planning Assistant - 2 Vacancy Posts - Salary will be paid as Consolidated Pay Rs.40000 per month - Diploma in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Architecture with minimum 3 years experience ; working knowledge in CAD softwares (AutoCAD / Revit / 3Ds MAX) -  Age limit 45 years
• Community Development Officer - 4 Vacancy Posts - Salary will be paid as Consolidated Pay Rs.70000 per month - Post Graduate Degree in Social Work (MSW) with minimum 5 years experience -  Age limit 45 years
• Animator - 8 Vacancy Posts - Salary will be paid as Consolidated Pay Rs.11000 per month - 12th Std Pass with minimum 2 years experience in social and community development activities / socio economic survey / -  Age limit 45 years
