Typist Post : Who-ever not having the computer certificate course, also eligible to apply for typist post. After selection, they should complete the course.
If any body having BCA / Diploma in Computer Science they are eligible to apply typist post.

Cut off date for age calculation is 01.07.2019
Minimum age limit is 18 should have been completed.
Maximum age limit as follows :
35 years for SC / SCA / ST / MBC / DNC / BC / BCM candidates.
30 years for UR candidates.
45 years for in-service candidates.
Examination Fee:
Application Registration Fee Rs.300 for UR / BC / BCM / MBC / DNC candidates.
There is no fee for SC / SCA / ST / PwD / Destitute Widow of all communities candidates.
Selection Method :
Selection will be through three stages :1. Written Examination
2. Skill Test / Practical Test
3. Persona Interview / Oral Test.
Written Exam details for TYPIST :
Part A - General English - 10th std Level - 25 marks - (minimum qualifying marks 8)
Part B - General Tamil - 10th std Level - 15 marks - (minimum qualifying marks 5)
Part C - General Studies / GK - 10th std Level - 35 marks - (minimum qualifying marks 11)
Each exam time duration is 75 minutes.
Each exam having 75 marks
Questions will be in Tamil and English.
Written Exam details for COMPUTER OPERATOR :
Part A - General English - 10th std Level - 25 marks - (minimum qualifying marks 8)
Part B - General Tamil - 10th std Level - 15 marks - (minimum qualifying marks 5)
Part C - General Studies / GK - 10th std Level - 35 marks - (minimum qualifying marks 11)
Part D - Computer Science - Degree Level - 75 marks - (minimum qualifying marks 24)
Each exam time duration is 150 minutes.
