• State Programme Coordinator - 10 Posts - Salary Rs.55000 per month on consolidated pay - Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Rural Development / Rural Management / Political Science / Sociology / Social Work / Development Studies / BE / BTech ; sound knowledge in Grama Panchayat with minimum 5 years experience - Age limit 50 years
• Young Fellow - 250 Posts - Salary Rs.35000 per month on consolidated pay - Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Rural Development / Rural Management / Political Science / Sociology / Social Work / Development Studies / BE / BTech  ; sound knowledge in Grama Panchayat with minimum 5 years experience  - Age limit 30 years
• Cluster Level Resource Person - 250 Posts - Salary Rs.12500 per month on consolidated pay - Any Degree ; Should have a strong SHG background as a Group Leader for five years  - Age limit 30 years
