Before attend the the walk in interview you must registered your candidature through online apprentice portal.
For ITI Trainee :

• http://www.apprenticeship.gov.in/pages/Apprenticeship/home.aspx 
• --> Apprentices
• --> candidate registration (http://www.apprenticeship.gov.in/Pages/Apprenticeship/ApprenticeRegistration.aspx)
• --> after submit you will get a Enrollment No. please note down this number.
• --> you will get a mail from RDAT with activation link. Click the activation link.

For Diploma Trainee : 

• http://www.mhrdnats.gov.in/
• -->Enroll (https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/boat/commonRedirect/registermenunew!registermenunew.action)
• --> after submit you will get a Enrolment No. please note down this number.
• --> wait for one day for enrollment verification and approval.
• --> login (https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/boat/login/user_login.action)
• --> Establishment Request --> Establishment
• --> upload your Resume
• --> select your establishment / company name 
• --> type CSIR CECRI --> search
• --> apply
• --> (again click) apply
