Age limit details :
- Minimum age limit is 18 years should have completed.
- There is no maximum age limit for SC / SCA / ST / BC / BCM / MBC / DNC candidates and Destitute Widow of all communities.
- Maximum age limit for UR candidates is 32 years.
- UR candidates, who-ever working more than 5 years in government sector (state / central / psu) are not eligible to apply, even though they are in with-in the age limit.
Examination Details :
Two papers in MCQ type of examination.
Paper I : PG Standard - 200 MCQs - 300 marks - 3 hours exam.
Paper II (a) : General Tamil / Tamil Eligibility Test - SSLC Level - 100 MCQs - Each questions will carry 1.5 marks - 150 marks (Candidates should obtain minimum eligibility of 40% i.e. 60 marks ; Marks obtaining 59 or below will be considered as zero (0).
