Minimum age limit is 25 years (should have completed) for all.
No Age limit for BC / BCM / MBC / DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates and Destitute Widow of all communities, includes UR.
Maximum age limit is 37 years for UR candidates (except destitute widow). 
PwD : Persons with Disabilities will get additional 10 years relaxation.

Examination Details :

Paper I - Core subject PG Level - 300 marks

Paper II - Tamil Eligibility Test - 10th Std Level - 150 marks - minimum pass 60 marks - Tamil eligibility marks will not add with your final marks ; General Studies - Degree Level - 150 marks

There is no negative marking system.
