• Urban Planner / Town Planning Specialist  - 1 Post  - Salary  Rs.85000 per month on consolidated pay - Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning / Regional Planning / Architecture Management with minimum 5 years experience - Age limit 45 years
• Capacity building / Institutional Strengthening Specialist  - 1 Post  - Salary  Rs.85000 per month on consolidated pay - Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning / Management / Social Science with minimum 5 years experience ; knowledge in government systems and procedures - Age limit 45 years
• Housing Finance and Policy Specialist  - 1 Post  - Salary  Rs.85000 per month on consolidated pay - Post Graduate Degree in Financial Management with minimum 5 years experience, which includes minimum 3 years in housing finance and banking / housing policy - Age limit 45 years
