• Specialist Officer - 114 Posts  - Salary Basic Pay 36000 plus allowances in IDA Pay Structure -  Bachelors Degree in any subject with minimum 2 years experience in Banking / Financial / Insurance Sectors - Age limit 30 years as on 01.01.2013
• Digital Banking & Emerging Payments (DB&EP) - 51 Vacancies
• Information Technology & MIS (IT & MIS) - 63 Vacancies

• Manager Grade B - 75 Posts  - Salary Basic Pay 48170 plus allowances in IDA Pay Structure - Age limit 35 years 
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) Grade C - 29 Posts  - Salary Basic Pay 63840 plus allowances in IDA Pay Structure - Age limit 40 years 
• Deputy General Manager (DGM) Grade D - 10 Posts   - Salary Basic Pay 76010 plus allowances in IDA Pay Structure - Age limit 45 years
