Paper II Part B - GK

• 75 Questions General Studies from Degree Level
• 25 Questions  Aptitude and Mental Ability (SSLC Level)
• Total 100 Questions - Each 1.5 marks - 150 Marks - Time 90 minutes

Kindly Note : 

Tamil eligibility test (That is Paper II Part A) marks will not be considered for ranking. But all the candidates must scored minimum 40% of questions i.e. 60 questions out of 150 questions. If any one failed to get score 40% marks in Tamil eligibility test, they will be treated as fail this entire exam.

Interview marks - 0 Marks. (NO INTERVIEW)

Total marks - 450 Marks.

Age limit details :

Cut off date for age limit calculation is 01.08.2023

Minimum age limit is 18 to 20 years.

Maximum age limit is 27 to 32 years for UR candidates. (it will vary depends upon the posts)

+3 years age relaxation is applicable for OBC candidates.

+5 years age relaxation is applicable for SC / ST candidates.

+10 years age relaxation is applicable for PwD candidates in addition with their communal age relaxation (i.e. +13 years for OBC PwD ; +15 years for SC / ST PwD)

Application Fees details :

Rs.100 for UR male / OBC male candidates.

There is no fee for all WOMEN candidates.

There is no fee for SC / ST / PwD candidates.

SSC CGLE Examination 2023 Details :

• Tier I Exam - MCQ - exam will be conducted in computer - Total Time 1 hour - Total 100 MCQs - Total Marks 200 marks. Negative marks applicable for wrong answer.
1. General Intelligence and Reasoning - 25 MCQs - 2 Marks each - Total 50 Marks
2. General Awareness  - 25 MCQs - 2 Marks each - Total 50 Marks
3. Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill) - 25 MCQs - 2 Marks each - Total 50 Marks
4. English Comprehension - 25 MCQs - 2 Marks each - Total 50 Marks

• Tier II Exam - MCQ - exam will be conducted in computer Total Marks 800 marks - Each paper 2 hours.
1. Paper I
• Mathematical Abilities - 30 MCQs - 3 Marks each - Total 90 Marks
• Reasoning and General Intelligence - 30 MCQs - 3 Marks each - Total 90 Marks
