• Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre - 5180 Vacancy Posts - Basic Pay 26730 plus allowances  in IDA Pay Structure (DA, HRA, PF, etc.) - Bachelor Degree in any Subject - Age limit 25 years to 35 years
• Tamil Nadu - 380 Posts
• Telangana - 250 Posts
• Karnataka - 270 Posts
• Kerala - 247 Posts

Application Fee Details :

Rs.750 for UR / UR EWS / OBC candidates

There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / Ex-Serviceman candidates.

Selection Process

1. Phase 1: Preliminary Exam

   • Sections: English, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability

   • Duration: 60 mins | Marks: 100 (qualifying only)

2. Phase 2: Main Exam

   • Sections: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & Computer Knowledge

   • Duration: 120 mins | Marks: 200

3. Final Merit: Based only on Main Exam marks
   (No interview)
