Salary & Compensation (Pay Matrix)
The position offers a highly competitive salary package equivalent to a Professor Grade II level.
- Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000 – 4,500 – 1,18,000 – 6,000 – 1,42,000
- Dearness Allowance (DA): 35% of Basic Pay
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): 30% of Basic Pay
- Total Monthly Gross: Approx. ₹1.65 Lakh+ (at initial basic pay)
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 55 to 58 years (as of Jan 1, 2026). Superannuation at 65 years.
- Education:
- Ph.D. in Management, Insurance, Risk Management, or related fields.
- First Class at either Bachelor's or Master’s degree level.
- Experience:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in teaching/research/industry.
- At least 5 years of experience at the level of Professor.
- Proven record of guiding at least 2 Ph.D. scholars and 8+ publications in peer-reviewed journals.
