💼 Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria & Salary Details

1. Controller of Examinations (COE)

• Vacancies: 01 Post

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree with at least 55% marks (or 'B' grade in UGC 7-point scale). Ph.D. in the respective field is desirable.

• Experience Required:

  • 15 years of teaching & research experience in an approved College/University, of which 8 years as Reader/Associate Professor in Level 13A (₹1,31,400 - ₹2,17,100) with experience in educational administration.

  • OR 15 years of administrative experience, with at least 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

• Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years as on the last date of application.

• Tenure: 2 Years (Extendable by 1 year by Syndicate).

• Pay Scale: Pay fixed with reference to the last pay drawn in the primary cadre.

2. Professor cum Director (Centre for Distance and Online Education - CDOE)

• Vacancies: 01 Post

• Educational Qualification:

  • Ph.D. degree in concerned/allied discipline with a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/referred journals and a total research score of 120 (Appendix II, Table 2).

  • Desirable experience in educational planning, pedagogy, and teaching technology related to Continuing/Distance Education.

• Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in University/College as Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor with successful doctoral guidance.

• Age Limit: Maximum 57 Years as on the last date of application.

• Tenure: 2 Years (Extendable by 1 year by Syndicate).

• Pay Scale: Level 14: ₹1,44,200 - ₹2,18,200/-

3. Dean - College Development Council (CDC)

• Vacancies: 01 Post

• Educational Qualification:

  • Master's Degree in Arts/Science/Humanities with at least 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST category).

  • Ph.D. qualification in the respective field is required.

• Experience Required: At least 15 years of experience in Teaching/Research, of which at least 2 years as Head of Department / Director of Research / Principal of a recognized college.

• Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years as on the last date of application.

• Tenure: 3 Years.

• Pay Scale: Level 14: ₹1,44,200 - ₹2,18,200/-
