1. Educational Qualification

Job Description & Responsibilities

The job profile for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) position includes:

• Physical maintenance of section records.

• General cleanliness and upkeep of the section.

• Carrying files and documents between sections.

• Photocopying, delivering dak (mail), opening and closing offices/rooms, and dusting furniture.

• Preparation and supply of tea/coffee to officials and guests.

• Any other administrative duties assigned by superior officers.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Selection will be made purely through a Competitive Written Examination.

• Mode: Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination (OMR or Computer Based).

• Medium: Questions will be in English and Hindi (except English Language section).

• Standard: 10th Class level.

• Duration: 2 Hours (120 Minutes).

• Total Questions: 150 questions.
