• Manager - 20 Posts - Basic Pay 28000 plus allowances in IDA Scale of Pay - Any Degree with 60% marks - Experience : Minimum 3 years experience, which includes 2 years service as branch head / section head in processing, sanctioning credit proposals - Age limit 25 years to 30 years
• Senior Manager - 5 Posts - Basic Pay 33000 plus allowances in IDA Scale of Pay - Post Graduate Degree in any subject with 60% marks, Priority will be given, those, who-ever having MBA / CA / ICWA / LLB qualifications - Experience : Minimum 6 years experience, which includes 5 years service as branch head / section head in processing, sanctioning credit proposals  - Age limit 28 years to 35 years
