TNPSC Diploma Mechanical Engineering Jobs 2018

TNPSC Tamil Nadu Forensic Service Department Recruitment 2018 :

• Technical Assistant (Air Conditioning) in Tamil Nadu Forensic Science Subordinate Service - 1 Post for UR Quota - Basic Pay 20600 plus allowances in Tamil State State Pay Matrix Level 10 (Basic Pay 5200 Grade Pay 2800) - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning as an elective subject ; with minimum two years experience in maintenance of Air Conditioning and Cold Storage Plant - No age limit.
• Technical Assistant (Gas Plant) in Tamil Nadu Forensic Science Subordinate Service - 1 Post for UR Quota - Basic Pay 20600 plus allowances in Tamil State State Pay Matrix Level 10 (Basic Pay 5200 Grade Pay 2800) - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum two years experience in maintenance of Fuel Gas Plant - No age limit.

Educational Qualifications required for Tech Asst AC Mechanic, Gas Plant TNPSC Exam Post :

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Age limit details :

• Minimum age limit is 18 years should have completed.
• There is no maximum age limit for SC / SCA / ST / BC / BCM / MBC / DNC candidates and Destitute Widow of all communities.
• There is no maximum age limit for Ex-Service-man candidates from SC / SCA / ST / BC / BCM / MBC / DNC candidates.
• Maximum age limit for UR candidates is 30 years.
• Maximum age limit for  PwD UR candidates is 40 years.
• Maximum age limit for Ex-Serviceman UR candidates is 48 years.
• UR candidates, who-ever working more than 5 years in government sector (state / central / psu) are not eligible to apply, even though they are in with-in the age limit.

Examination Details :

Two papers in MCQ type of examination.

Paper I : Mechanical Engineering (Diploma Std) 200 MCQs - 300 marks - 3 hours exam.

Paper II :  General Studies (Diploma Std Level) 75 MCQs ; Aptitude and Mental Ability Test (10th Std Level) 25 MCQs

Interview / Oral Test - 70 marks.

There is no negative marking system.

Examination Centres : Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore
